Project details:
• Evaluate the outside of the facility including the parking area and any external signage.
• Visit the showroom to evaluate the interior of the dealership and the vehicles present
• Obtain the first and last name of the salesperson as well as the salesperson’s business card (a photo of the card is required in your report).
• Express interest in the model you selected for the assigned brand
• You must present yourself as able to purchase the vehicle during your visit if you choose to do so (and pose as having current endorsement, as needed).
• During the sale, you must state an objection regarding the vehicle or its features. Your objection must be something about the vehicle such as lack of optional features (saddle-boxes, windshield, etc.), a concern for safety, the size of the vehicle or anything else the situation presents. Please ensure that your objection makes sense (do not object to the sitting position on a superbike or the lack of a passenger seat on a sport bike).
• NO TEST DRIVE
In addition to the initial visit, our client is also interested in the follow-up so you will need to provide any follow-up information that was received.
