Credit Card Inquiry Shop in Warehouse locations- must be member
The main focus of this project is to inquire about a Credit Card. You are not obligated to apply for the credit card, but you must ACT as if you are going to apply and back out at the last minute. You will still be able to answer the questions on the survey even if you do not apply for the credit card.

You will also be looking around the store to see if there are any SIGNS posted advertising the Credit Card.
You will be required to take a photo of the exterior of the Costco you are visiting. You also will be required to provide a Proof of Visit (POV). See your shopper guidelines for an acceptable POV.
If you accept this shop, you MUST read your shopper guidelines and the entire survey PRIOR to your store visit.
• The completed evaluation must be submitted online no later than 11:59 pm (local time) on the Due Date.
