- Synthetic is approved but you will be reimbursed up to a standard oil change and will be responsible for the difference

- You can use a vehicle older than 12 years if they have your filter in stock (or you bring it)

- Use a vehicle that is your own or one you are familiar with so you can speak knowledgeably with the service technician.

- Listen for service review (not a review of services performed)

- You may use any coupon they can find, up to any value

-If a phone call is part of this report, please check and see when you must perform it
