A Closer Look has openings for independent contractors to work at home scheduling our mystery shop evaluations. Mystery shopping experience with A Closer Look is required, but if you have not yet completed a mystery shop for us, we can arrange that in the application process. Training is provided to qualified applicants.
Daytime and evening availability is required in order to reply to emails from shoppers and to schedule requested shops on a timely basis. Most of our schedulers work 35+ hours per week. On-line capability and a fast internet connection are required. An outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, the ability to read and follow precise directions, and a comfortable phone manner are some of the skills and traits of our best schedulers.
