Hello Mystery Shoppers!

A Closer Look has been hired to assess the client's sales process and customer/potential customer satisfaction. For this shop, you will be required to go into the client’s showroom, and express an interest in having a custom upgrade in your home using one of the scenarios listed below.

Shopper pay: $17.50
Time: 9AM-4PM

You MUST show legitimate interest in having this work done in your home and you are REQUIRED to use the scenario assigned to you. Using a different scenario than the one assigned to the location you are visiting WILL result in rejection of your shop. (see guidelines for scenarios)

In order to accept this shop, you must be able to portray yourself as a homeowner who is looking to pick up specific items for a project you are doing in your home.

You must be sure you present a well-groomed, professional appearance during your visit to the showroom.

You MUST conduct a PRE-Visit Call to verify the location is open and to gauge phone efficiency and courtesy.

You are not required to schedule an in-home consultation or to purchase anything. You are certainly welcome to proceed with a consultation and/or purchase the items you are inquiring about if you so desire, but you will not be reimbursed. You will receive a flat payment for successfully completing this shop.

Your visit to the showroom should last 20 – 30 minutes, no longer.
