Requirements:
o Evaluate an appointment setting phone call, the in-take, the massage therapist, the post-massage sales presentation, and the facility in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness


Compensation:
o For IL shops reimbursement + $7 BONUS!
o For NC/SC shops reimbursement + $5 survey fee + $5 BONUS!
o For ALL shops - Reimbursed FULLY for a One-hour massage AND required tip
