Hi,

Informa Research Services is about to launch a new project involving ATM processes at specific banks in the following states (CT, DE, FL, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA and RI). These shops can be completed at any newer ATM location. You must be a customer of the bank, having a checking or savings account, so you can complete deposits and withdrawals at their ATMs. There will be two different shops available. There will be routes of shops available, once you have successfully completed your first shop on this project.

1. Timing and Screen Counts: Capture the time spent and number of screens you use for a deposit, withdrawal and check deposit transaction.

2. VIDEO or PHOTOGRAPH (Screen Shots) OF ENTIRE ATM VISIT: Videotaping of your entire ATM visit (except PIN entry) OR photo screen shots of EACH screen for EACH transaction (deposit, withdrawal and check deposit).

If you’’re interested in participating, please register at the Informa website and be sure to file your W-9 form online. After you have registered, please reply with the branch and date you can visit.
