OBJECTIVE:
Understand the tap to pay experience among different merchants within different category types. We will look to identify whether enabled merchants display signage showing their
acceptance and the payment experience for tap to pay

The Types of Contactless payment methods:
1. smartphone-enabled mobile Pay application (e.g., Apple Pay, Google/Android Pay)
that allows consumers to place their phone over the reader at the point of sale,
Mobile Pay

2. OR, a credit or debit card that has the contactless symbol on the plastic that allows the consumer to wave or tap physical card over/on the reader at the point of sale. The contactless credit/debit card will have a contactless symbol on the front or back of the card, like this:

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
• Shopper MUST be 18+ years of age
• Shoppers MUST have a smartphone-enabled mobile Pay application with a Visa
credit or debit card linked OR a VISA credit or debit card that has the contactless indicator of the physical card to complete the shop
• Shoppers MUST bring with them, a VISA credit or debit card with an EMV chip/magnetic swipe as a backup option BUT all transactions should be completed by tapping to pay and not inserting a card
• Shopper MUST have a Smartphone that can take CLEAR pictures.
