This shop involves one interaction and area of the store to visit. When onsite, you will shop a specific department and ask about a specific item. You are NOT required to make a purchase.
The client is interested in seeing if customers are treated differently depending on which language they speak. Therefore, you are required to speak English during this evaluation.
