For this assignment, you will be asked to perform a simple mystery shop of a promotional event at the posted Sprint Store locations.
You will be asked to begin your evaluation by assessing the condition/presence of the #ShareTheLove event set up items (table, photo props, gift boxes, etc.) and 'brand ambassador' staff. You will then assess interactions between staff and yourself and others.
Most importantly you will be asked to take multiple pictures for this mystery shop, and you will need to complete the associated survey.
*** Specifically, you will be tasked with capturing a minimum of five (5) photos showing people interacting with the #ShareTheLove event setup and Brand Ambassadors.
You will also be asked to enter a GeoVerify code in the survey in order to confirm when and where the audit is performed. In order to do this, you will need to download the app prior to your audit through the following links:
