You will be reimbursed up to $40 for your oil change PLUS you will receive a $5 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!

Shopper MUST use a coupon. It can be either the coupon attached to the form OR any other coupon that you have (if it's a better deal).

Please do not accept this shop if your car is not in need of an oil change or if it has been less than 3,000 miles since your last oil change. Your vehicle must be a 2001 or newer vehicle - NO Diesels or Motorcycles!

****Please read the form before conducting this shop. You will need to make a quick phone call prior to conducting the shop. During your call please verify they have your oil filter in stock****

The phone call must be during normal business hours-this call MUST BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY of the visit! If not, we cannot accept the shop and you will NOT be compensated.

**Please note you may not take children along on these shops.**

*If your car requires synthetic oil, that is fine, but you are responsible for the difference - but you will only be reimbursed up to $40.
