Hi Shoppers!

KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling bar integrity shops at a popular casual dining restaurant!

**Please note -- these shops may NOT be conducted on Valentine's Day, February 14th**

These shops may be completed any day of the week after 8pm.

*Stay at the bar for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours.

*Days/Times: Make sure you do your shop on the day and time frame assigned to you. We have specific days & times to ensure that you are able to get a seat at the bar. You are required to sit right at the bar so you can keep a close eye on the register and transactions. If a bar stool is not available right away, then stand and observe until one opens up. We can’t accept your shop if you do not sit at the bar.

*Payment: You will receive $20 and be reimbursed up to $40 for your food/drink expenses.

*This is a bar shop so you are not allowed to bring children!

*Sit in view of the cash register, so you can see what is being rung up and view what the bartenders are doing. If you cannot sit in view of the register at first, sit where you can best observe things. Once a seat opens up that you can view the register, move to that seat. You MUST be able to observe the bartender for 1 1/2 hours.

*List the different transactions and how they were handled.

*Pay close attention to: over-pouring, “regulars”, cash handling, tips, ID’s being checked, etc…

*Order an alcoholic drink that can be upsold. Order a generic liquor to see if they upsell a premium brand. You are limited to 2 drinks pp. We want you to be safe and also need you to remember all of the details.

*Write a narrative of the entire experience. Do not leave out ANY details about what you observed.
