KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling shops at a famous fitness club!

You will receive a $20 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!

These shops MUST be conducted between 9am and 8pm to ensure proper staffing during the visit.

These are two-part shops:

*You will make a pre-visit recorded phone call to the location utilizing the 800 number and access codes provided in the shop report.

*You will visit the location and make some basic observations, take a tour of the facility and interact with staff members following the scenario provided in the guidelines. (Be sure to ask for a tour if one is not offered).

There is NOT a workout component for this assignment. You are NOT purchasing a day pass during your visit to the location.
