You are not assigned a specific associate so you will be shopping whichever associate assists you. You will be evaluating the Greetings you receive, knowledge of packages, Impressions and your Overall Experience. When the associate answers the phone, you will say that you’re calling to get some membership information. You will ask about their available classes, memberships and if they offer family packages. Your goal is to get as much information from the associate as possible without having to ask for it. However, if important information as well as questions that you personally have, are not offered you must ask about them.

Onsite
You may shop any associate. You will need to visit and take a tour of the facility. You must be willing to answer personal questions and use your real information if asked

Note: IF you log into the site and the shop{s} are no longer there, it’s because the shop has been filled. Please keep checking the board a few times a day because if a person backs out, it pops right back as available on the board.
