The objective is to evaluate the sales performance and service quality delivered in these high fashion stores. This will allow our client to support and train the team members in each store to improve the quality of their service. The quality of the comments that you will provide is of the highest importance for the store managers and their teams. We ask that shoppers are honest and detailed in their comments, so we can fully understand what occurred during the shop visit.
• You are REQUIRED to interact with a team member.
• You are REQUIRED to obtain the name and description of the team member who assisted you.
• You are REQUIRED to try on an article of clothing in the fitting room.
• You are REQUIRED to take a selfie photo in the fitting room. It can be chin to floor.
• You are REQUIRED to obtain a store front photo.
• You are REQUIRED to obtain a BUSINESS CARD.
• You will NOT make an actual purchase during your visit.
