$25 shopper fee plus up to $75 reimbursement


Southwest domestic flight only! Your shop must be conducted on a flight leg that is
Two hours in length or more.
The shop includes a $25 shopper fee plus up to a $75 reimbursement for your ticket.

Bill, I am taking Southwest to Vegas in May, but the flight is one hour, so I guess that doesn't count...sad smiley

Hi Bill, I applied for a shop but fly on March 30 and return on April 6. My application is now gone. Is it because the return is in April?

Assuming that the rules are similar to other other airline that they do, the outbound and inbound flights do not need to be in the same month, If the outbound flight qualifies in terms of duration, etc., you can be assigned to it. Same for the inbound flight. Remember to stay aware, and don't use headphones! smiling smiley
