- Synthetic is approved but you will be reimbursed up to a standard oil change and you will be responsible for the difference
- You can also bring your own oil and filter and have them change it, this is if you require different oil then they use or you don’t want to pay for their Synthetic oil
- You may use any coupon, up to any value
- A phone call is part of this report, some are recorded and some are not
