Hi Shoppers!

KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling dry cleaning shops!

You will be evaluating the overall customer experience and the timeliness of service.

You will be reimbursed up to $35 PLUS you will receive a $10 shopper pay!

You will need the following items to complete this shop:

You can choose 1 of 3 items to bring to the location. It can be a laundered shirt, a dry cleaning item with a spot or a dry cleaning item without any spots.

**You must take a minimum of 1 item, but may take a maximum of 3 items.**

YOU MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CLEANED ITEM STILL IN IT’S PACKAGE. This MUST be uploaded onto the form.

*Credit card to pay for the transaction

You will enter the first part of your shop after you drop your clothes off and then your due date will be adjusted accordingly.

The order is to be picked up no later than 4 HOURS after the promised date and time to assess on-time delivery. If you are planning to drop-off your clothes on the weekend, please call ahead to confirm store hours. Some locations are not open 7 days a week.

Do NOT apply for this shop if you are planning to leave town. It will affect the timings if you cannot pick up your items when they are ready.

You MUST thoroughly review ALL guidelines and the shopper report prior to starting your shop.

**You MUST submit the drop off portion of your shop and the date you were given for pickup on the day of your drop off on your report. Your report will remain in incomplete status until your pickup has been completed. Your due date will be adjusted based on this info.**
