Requirements:
o Breakfast lunch or dinner with weekend scenarios
o Dine-In for you and one adult guest (21+ for dinner)
o Specific scenario (in shop guidelines)
o Evaluation of the staff, food, facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o A brief after-visit Phone call
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness

Compensation:
o $15 payment for survey completion
o Reimbursement up to $35 for breakfast and lunch and up to $42 for dinner, for required ordering items and 15%-20% gratuity

Arrival Times: (on scheduled day)
Breakfast Arrival Time: 930 AM- 11 AM
Lunch Arrival Times: 1130 AM - 130 PM
Dinner Arrival Times: 6 PM - 8 PM
