Details:
- Approach the desk and ask if there is a room available for same day (tonight). You will NOT be staying the night. The shop could be about 15 minutes however, plan for 30 minutes for this shop.

- Evaluate the customer service of the team member on how they sell to a prospective guest who happens to be driving by and wants to stay the night.

- You are NOT making a purchase and will need to be sure to ask for a business card to upload to your survey.
- If no cards are available you will take a photo of the front of the hotel making sure to include the building # and hotel sign.




SHOP PAY: $10 for report
DAYS TO SHOP: Any, but must conduct on your due date
TIMES TO SHOP: Any time between 2pm - 10pm local time
