Requirements:
o Arrive any day 11am - one hour before closing
o Dine-In or Call In/Take Out for you, or you and one adult guest
o Specific scenario (in shop guidelines)
o Evaluation of the staff, food, facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narratives
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness

Compensation:
o $8 payment for survey completion
o Reimbursement up to $12 for you or $24 for you + guest
