You MUST read the entire survey and the shopper guidelines PRIOR to your shop visit so you know exactly how to order, what to look out for and what to listen for.

1. You MUST obtain a RECEIPT for your food/drink order.
You will need to upload a photo/scan of your purchase receipt with your completed
field form. You will not be reimbursed without a proper receipt.
2. You MUST purchase One of the specified Combos in the report which must include a side small potato oles, and a small drink.. IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE YOUR SHOP WILL BE REJECTED.<br>
3. Your purchase must be made via CASH ONLY at each location and a receipt must be
obtained.
If you are assigned a shop, you MUST read the shopper guidelines and the entire survey PRIOR to your shop visit.
You are required to submit your data, receipt, and food photo upload by midnight on the same day that your shop is completed.

Reimbursement: Actual cost of food items assigned to order (maximum of $10.00)
