No Reveal Wood Floor Mystery Shop
DETAILS:

These shops require you to call the location and make an appointment for an in-home visit. It is wood floor (no wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs or tile).
When you make the call:

Ask about having your wood floor areas cleaned
Ask about the different services they offer.
Ask what the average cost and benefit is for the options they offer.
The CSR may not list the different services so be sure to listen to the technician when he/she arrives. Be sure to use the word he or she uses to describe this service.
You will be reimbursed up to $275 only. DO NOT MENTION YOUR BUDGET WHILE SCHEDULING.
On Site:

Please remember to stay within your allotted $275 including the cost of this additional sanitize and polish. (If the technician does not offer/mention the sanitize and polish service, do not ask about adding it and make a note in your evaluation.)
You may inquire about additional services but if you have additional services they will be at your own cost unless they fall into your budget of $275.
