• Female or male shopper.
• The shopper must be able to try on a pair of laced up shoes.
• Stores carry Men's sizes up to size 11 and Women's up to size 10. Stores do not carry extra wide widths.
• If you cannot try on the shoes because of the sizes, please contact the scheduler immediately via email to cancel your shop.
• Allow a minimum of 15 minutes for this visit.
• No children are allowed during the visit.
Sales Associate Interaction:
You will browse the store first and then pick up a pair of laced shoes to look at and allow the opportunity for a sales associate to approach and offer assistance.
