These shops require you to call the location and make an appointment for an in-home visit. It is wood floor (no wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs or tile).
When you make the call:
- Ask about having your wood floor areas cleaned
- Ask about the different services they offer.
- Ask what the average cost and benefit is for the options they offer.
The CSR may not list the different services so be sure to listen to the technician when he/she arrives. Be sure to use the word he or she uses to describe this service.
You will be reimbursed up to $275 only. DO NOT MENTION YOUR BUDGET WHILE SCHEDULING.
