Hi Shoppers!

KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling mystery shops at a popular steakburger & frozen custard restaurant!

**SHOPPER'S WILL BE DINING IN**

***New requirement - YOU MUST HAVE A SMARTPHONE in order to conduct this shop. Please download the Restaurant's Loyalty Program app before doing your shop. Don’t show it right away, wait until they ask you if you are a member.***

You will be reimbursed up to $15 for your meal plus you will receive a $5 shopper pay!

These shops may be conducted for LUNCH (11:30am-1pm) or DINNER (5pm-7pm) -- these are arrival times.

Order Requirement: Order a Double Burger Combo (comes with fries and a drink) & Specialty Sundae “ON HOLD”. Start off by ordering just the combo. (This will allow them to suggest the Sundae) They should offer to hold your Sundae until you finish your meal. If they don’t offer to put it on Hold, you must ask. You may order additional items. Fries must be ordered so you can answer the questions on the form. Taste a bite of your burger and a fry as soon as they are served. You have to check to see if they are hot right away and not after they have cooled off.

Place your order at the counter and report on customer service, menu knowledge, ambiance and friendliness. Mention what you ordered, if they suggested the Sundae and offered to put it on hold.

Sit in the dining area and eat your meal.

Receipt required in order for us to accept your shop. Make sure you ask for one if it is not automatically provided.

Please note that shopper's are required to take a picture of proof of purchase (Receipt, Burger, and Sundae).
