Customer Impact has one last August phone call shop for a resort in California. This shop is not recorded, and is to test the customer service of a specific booking agent.
For this shop, a one-night reservation is required! This booking is cancelled and refunded via the client, however. The time frame is from 10 am - 2:30 Pacific Time. now through Sunday.
