We have Flower Store Mystery Shops



Scenario:



- You are shopping for “fresh flowers.”
- You will never say for whom you are shopping for or for what occasion unless specifically asked.
- Often times you will be greeted with, “What brings you in today?” or, “How can I help you?” This is not specifically being asked.
- If this is all that is said, you should not deviate from, “I am shopping for fresh flowers.”
- If they should ask additional questions about whom you are shopping for and/or for what occasion, you then should reply with the female person of choice or the occasion of choice.
- Do NOT provide this information if you are not asked.
- As you continue to interact with the associate it remains important to only offer up information if they ask for it. We are looking to see how the associate interacts with you and what questions they are asking to address your needs.
- Do NOT provide more information UNTIL the associate asks you questions.
- You MUST must pass the Knowledge Assessment (100%), in order to complete the shop.
- You can do the same location every 6 months


Important Things to Note:




Required Days/Times: There are three different shifts. The current shift for a given shop will be found within the shop instructions. The shifts are:
Monday – Friday 8AM – 3:30PM
Monday – Friday 3:30PM – 6:30PM
Saturday 8AM – 5PM


Required Purchase: A dozen roses OR a bouquet of freshly cut flowers. The shopper must spend at least $9.99 for their flowers. If an “add on” is suggestion (i.e. baby’s breath, or a card) the shopper must purchase that as well.


Purchase Reimbursement: Up to $14.99. (A shopper will be reimbursed up to $5 for the “add on.”)

Purchased Flowers Wrapped in Paper
Purchased Flowers Unwrapped but Still in Cellophane
Purchased Flowers Completely Unwrapped
Purchased Flowers in Vase 72 Hours After Purchase


Report Submission:
Enter the report the same day you do it but SAVE it.
Submit report after the 72 hour wait

Shopper Payment: $7
