The purpose of this assignment is to ensure sales associates are performing the non-negotiable standards in regards to customer service and compliance with the policy of selling hunting equipment.
A completed evaluation includes the following:
Interacting with a Sales Floor Department associate.
Observing the cashier area and making a small purchase.
Interacting with a Hunting Department associate to determine if he/she complies with firearm regulations.
You will fill out an online evaluation form, which contains Yes/No questions.
