Reason for Visit: Evaluate the cleanliness, customer service, order accuracy, and food quality provided by purchasing food connected to Clippers locations.
Enter the store and walk to the kiosk, approach the counter and place your order. You may order any item off the menu ($4.00 reimbursement). Observe the display case to make sure it’s attractive and full of product. Observe the employees and their uniform, their interaction with you and the cleanliness of the counter space. Inquire about catering. The client would like to know if the employees are knowledgeable and helpful about how the catering works.
If you are not automatically given a receipt, ask for one when you receive your food and keep it to upload with your report. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT. You need this photo for the report.
PAYMENT is $5.00 and $4.00 reimbursement for a purchase.
