The required time frame is 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The required Terminal to visit is: Terminal A or Terminal B
For this shop you will be required to valet park your vehicle for 30 to 45 minutes before picking it up.
You are required to upload a picture of your claims ticket and receipt into your survey. You must pay with cash.
Take a phone of the front and back of the claims ticket and be prepared to pay with cash.
PAYMENT is $15.00 plus up to $9.46 reimbursement for valet service and tip.
