Shop Hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Any Day of the week.
Reason for Visit: Evaluate the cleanliness, service times, order accuracy and food quality provided by purchasing food.
Enter the drive thru line, making all required observations listed in the guidelines. Observe the cleanliness of the menu board and drive thru windows. Order a regular sized entree off the mento. Do NOT order a “bo-sized” combo as you must allow associates a chance to offer a combo or to make a combo you ordered “bo-sized”.
PAYMENT is $5.00 and $7.00 reimbursement for a purchase.
