Reality Based Group is offering retail shops at local book stores!

PURPOSE: Our clients are interested in receiving observations on salesmanship, attentiveness, attitude, integrity, and teamwork. The purpose of the shop isn’t to trap the sales person but to ensure they are upholding the Company standards.

This shop can be done Monday through Thursday at any time except 1 hour of closing. You will need to call before going to check their hours.

Enter the building through the main doors. If a salesperson does not offer you help within five minutes, you must approach a sales person to prompt interaction. Do not interrupt a salesperson that is with a customer.

Tell them you are trying to find school supplies. You must ask where an item is. We want to see if they direct you or take you to the item. Allow them to direct you or walk you to the item.

You are required to upload a photo of the current promotion.

PAYMENT is $15.00 plus up to $3.00 for reimbursement.
