For this shop, you will be calling an apartment community, setting an appointment, visiting onsite, taking a tour, and inquiring about an apartment. (Some locations require an online appointment rather than over the phone).
The shopper will be assessing the leasing agent’s ability to “sell” the apartment community and the apartment you look at.
To register as a Mystery Shopper with IntelliShop:
1. Go to www.intelli-shop.com, click on Mystery Shopper Area
2. Then click on Become a Mystery Shopper
3. Read & Accept Independent Contractor Agreement
4. Finally Provide all requested info to create your account/profile
5. Viola – you are now a registered Mystery Shopper with IntelliShop!
6. Now that you are registered, just click on the JOB BOARD and apply for the shop assignment/s nearest to you!
