o Evaluate the facility, beverage, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Ordering and observation scenarios vary
o Complete the training module and certification

Compensation:
o Shop fee of $10 to complete the survey
o Reimbursement up to $5 for beverage purchase
