SEC has a simple time audit visit for health insurance in your area! Each visit has a specified location and day that it needs to be completed. The address and times are on our site. Most are in the morning and afternoon, if you have a day off or are looking for a quick lunch break shop. The report is super easy!

Requirements:

Meet with the enroller. If the enroller is not present, you can meet with another BCBS Western NY enroller.
Ask about acquiring insurance for a family member with the provided scenario.
Let the Enroller guide the conversations.
Do not enroll or provide personal information or make follow up appointment.
Make sure to take the required photos.
If no enroller is present, you must wait 15 minutes for one to show up. Photos are still required to show proof that you waited 15 minutes.

To self-assign, go to the website www.serviceevaluation.com and click on 'Login', then enter your credentials. On the right-hand side under Portfolio, under the tab 'Available Assignments', you can look for your area. Click on the location you are interested in. There is a short certification test that must be completed first before the shop can be self-assigned.
