Person to Person Quality is recruiting mystery shoppers in Virginia, Eastern North Carolina and Maryland, to evaluate the customer service provided by a local bank with more thank 130 branch locations. These easy in-branch and phone assignments require no financial transaction, and you don’t need to open an account. You’ll visit or place a recorded phone call to the branch to inquire about the bank’s available checking accounts; then fill out an online questionnaire shortly after you complete your conversation. Our client uses this information to ensure that employees are providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
SHOP FEE
In-Person shops start at $20. Bonuses are available for completing a route of three or more shops.
Phone shops pay $10 and usually go fast!
