DSG Associates on behalf of its client, has an available mystery shop visit at a fast food restaurant. The visit requires you to place an order of up to 2 entrees and one refillable drink or freeze as a SINGLE TRANSACTION at the drive thru lane.
NOTE: Special order is not allowed (requesting to remove condiments and other ingredients). Order the food as it is.
You will be evaluating the employee’s interaction and the food that was served. Taking note of the time on each part of the visit is very important. Keep the receipt and attach it to the report. The report has to be submitted within 24 hours the visit is completed on or before February 24, 2020.
