The answer to your question is clearly stated above. I suggest that you re-read the announcement. Mystery shopping requires attention to details on the part of both schedulers and shoppers.

Clearly I am a mystery shopper as well or I wouldn’t be on the forum in the first place. I’m sure you’ve missed a line or two in your guidelines every once in a while. I suggest you answer people’s questions without attitude if you want to be helpful.
I think it's very helpful to point out that your question was in the job position posting, and it was stated by other forum members with no malice.

I suggest if you want to be taken seriously in consideration for employment that requires great attention to detail, you should reread a job posting before asking questions. The same applies to guidelines for shops. Yes, I am sure people miss a line or two of guidelines occasionally. With experience, we learn to reread them several times before asking questions and conducting the shops.
Shoppers pointed out a mistake with no malice. Arguing defensively with attitude sets a tone for how you might interact with shoppers if hired......... Who among us want to deal with a scheduler with an attitude? There are already some of those around.
I suggest you reread mystau’s post to see how she chastised me for a simple error. There’s attitude in your post as well towards schedulers so what does that say about you as a shopper?

myst4au (you messed this up too) is not a female.
Wow. This is not at all a great representation or proper thought process to display to a potential employer.

I promise you, myst4au is a reasonable person who was pointing out that the answer to your question was clearly written in Lorri's post. He was not chastising you.

I think for someone to take on a scheduling position successfully, they would need to have a great deal of patience and not be hypersensitive. That would be applicable for shoppers, too. I think getting worked up over constructive criticism is a waste of time.

My father used to tell us to own our mistakes and take responsibility for errors. Everyone makes them. Arguing about a minor error (that no one was "chastising" you about) is non-productive.

Let's start over.

Welcome to the forum, TeeGeeGee. Lots of good info here, and lots of great people. And at the bottom of the page is a link to a very helpful list of legit MSCs.

myst4au (you messed this up too) is not a female.

And that was petty and immature.

Thank you for your welcome Panama!

I am new to the forum but have been mystery shopping for years now.
Hope to connect with those great people you’ve mentioned on other posts soon!

Nice.
My suggestion - stop sniping at each other and apply if you are interested. If not, move on.
I really want this kind of job. Sometimes I get into the “game” of shopping and try to clear the board. It helps that there are bonuses for taking on the whole region. It’d be interesting to attack it from the other side.
I would LOVE to qualify for this job.

Alas, I am a "tech" dinosaur, and my computer skills do not meet the requirements.

Wish I'd taken those courses, instead of the programming courses I did take!

sad smiley
