o Evaluate the facility, server, food and atmosphere in a report with Y/N and short supporting narrative
o Lunch, and dinner scenarios
o Complete study of guidelines and pass quiz to certify readiness

Compensation:
o Up to $55 reimbursement for meal depending on the scenario
