Intouch Insight is looking for local shoppers to assist with quick mystery shops or revealed audits in the above listed cities. While we know many clients have put their projects on hold, we still have a small number of clients that are looking to have their customer service and operational processes reviewed while their doors are still opened to the public.

We all need to do our part to limit exposure and practice social distancing. Please ensure you follow your State's current regulations with regards to shelter in place or an applied curfew. A quick mystery shop can be done while stopping in to get a necessity item or gas but we do understand that depending on the State, an audit might not be feasible.

Remember: If you are sick, stay home and do not request assignments. Follow your State's guidelines for prevention by frequently washing your hands, keep your distance, and sanitize.

For the mystery shops you are simply making a small $2 purchase and evaluating the service and cleanliness of the washroom. You will be reimbursed for the purchase and paid the $5 fee.
The revealed audits are simply operational audits where you will be required to evaluate operations processes such as the temperature log, stock levels, and cleanliness. The audits fee is $12 per location.

(If you choose to do a mystery shop, you are not eligible to do a revealed audit and vice versa)

Exa tly where are these stores? I live in Saint Cloud MN. There are Walmart, Sam's, Target , Macy's etc here. What exactly do you do?

The evaluations are for Gas stations ( as a best practice MSPs do not reveal the names of clients in general ad posts) and you are required to make a small purchase and evaluate the service and cleanliness of the store. These are quick mystery shops and if you click on the map link I have provided at the top of my post, you can see the stores by zip code on the map. If you choose, you can do the revealed audits if available for those locations which require you to review their operations processes.
