A Customer's Point of View has transit bus mystery rides available for Delaware. PA and MD shoppers are welcome. These shops involve riding the local transit system to evaluate driver skills, on-time performance, announcements and more. These shops pay $20 for a one-way trip. Mobile device users and people with disabilities are welcome to apply. These are ongoing shops occurring monthly.
