We have Website/Virtual Mystery Shop to an Assisted Living Center. You must be age 35+ to do this shop.
Guidelines
- You will go to the website and send an inquiry
- Place a recorded call (through Prophet)
- Capture Screenshots on your computer screen (place in a Word document)
- Get a virtual tour scheduled
- Conduct virtual tour via Google Duo
- Record Google Duo tour
- Complete form
You must do all the steps to be paid for the shop.
The date you choose as your due date MUST be your Website Inquiry Day.
****GOALS****
The goal of the call is to connect with the Marketing Department and gather information on that specific facility. Your Target is the Marketer at each facility, but if they are not available, you should be directed to a backup. You should not ask for the target by name.
You are expected to develop a scenario to assist you when making the call.
