Service Performance Group Inc., (www.spgweb.com), a charter member of the Mystery Shopper Providers Association (MSPA) (www.mysteryshop.org) and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking to recruit mystery shoppers for a long term project to assist in an insurance web site analytics and ranking study conducted by our client.
> The client conducts an array of web site functionality and benchmark testing and publishes quarterly rankings of major financial institution websites within the US. They do automated testing on a regular basis using third party opened financial accounts. Using their automated login capability, their analytics will track and measure a banks website performance in the way they have been designed post-login. They will navigate throughout a bank’s/insurer’s website for the specific product being researched (ie. credit cards or mortgages or checking accounts), scoring and ranking user accessibility, how quickly pages open and /or redirect the user based on the query to name just several measured criterion.
> It is important to note that there is no actual completed account transactions them or Service Performance Group. If a transaction were required. Account funding, if applicable, will be provided by Service Performance Group upon a Letter of Agreement being signed by the recruited account opening candidate.
> Although each financial institution could directly assist the client in setting up testing accounts, the concern is that a financial institution might create a ‘special’ account that would provide better response than a ‘normal’ account and thus create better scoring results which would skew testing and ranking results.
> Once an account has been opened and all online access credentials have been presented to Service Performance Group your participation will be minimal. There are occasions where an account will ‘lock out’ meaning online access is not possible. In these instances, you will be contacted by a member of Service Performance Group to call the bank to reset the account. You will be paid a fee for doing so.
> There is absolutely no use of these accounts beyond the functionality testing. We encourage you to login to your account on a regular basis as you normally would, to confirm this for yourself.
> Your involvement does require that you be easily reached in the event we need to contact you while the Project is underway. Our ideal candidate is someone who responds quickly to text messages and email as a backup and is readily accessible.
> You will be paid an account opening fee/initial fee of $75 to deliver all online access requirements to Service Performance Group including: Username and Password, Challenge questions and answers, last 4 of social security and or business TIN number. Each quarter thereafter you will be paid $25.00. In the event of a lockout meaning you need to re-establish on line account access you will be paid a fee.
