GBW is looking for a Mystery shopper with any ASE certification (Only available in Woodlands, Texas and Houston, Texas) that is: *Reliable - if you accept an assignment, we expect you to complete it.

*Discrete - ability to conduct your assignment discretely and objectively. (Never take your forms with you or reveal your identity)

*Able to follow instructions - our paperwork is detailed and the specific observations you need to make are outlined and explained clearly

*Able to meet commitments and deadlines.

*Able to submit your response on the same day as the shop

*Easily contactable.

The shop pay is $80. Reimbursements for oil change services and other miscellaneous expenses will be a total of $270 which we are able to pay you on the spot upon receiving invoices

Brief assignment scenario as below:-

Technical Mystery Shopping (TMS) requirements

1. Shoppers must be ASE certified – Any kind would do

2. Shoppers must bring their car to a third party ASE certified workshop for setup prior to visit

3. The third party workshop will alter the vehicle in several ways by lowering tire pressure and fluid levels, marking air and oil filters, adding “tracers” to fluid, etc

4. Shopper will need to take note of the alteration/s to cross check with services provided

5. Vehicles must have a minimum 35,000 miles and in good operation condition

6. Shopper will visit the designated service center and request for a Signature Service Oil Change

7. Shopper will take note if staff member offers a “Service Review” and makes recommendations for additional services.

8. If recommended, shopper is to say yes and allowed to choose (1) of these services but only if it is one of the recommendations from technician:-

 Engine Cooling Service (Radiator, Antifreeze, etc.)

 Fuel Filter Replacement

 Wiper Blade Replacement

9. Shopper to submit report within 24 hours of evaluation
