Scenario: First Time Customer. The client is looking for a typical storage rental experience.
Observe the front of the business and exterior areas. Enter the business (always allow them to greet you first). Scan the lobby/office, Walk up to the counter and tell them you want to get some pricing on their storage units.
If offered, take a tour of the facilities. Do not ask for a tour.
Check the restroom and take a photo of the interior for upload. Required!! Shop will be rejected if this is not done!
$22.50 Pay for a successfully completed shop. Retrieve a business card or flyer. (This is required to be uploaded to your survey.)
