CLIENT OUTLINE FOR BUNDLE OF TWO EVALUATIONS IN ONE:

For this shop, you will first be making a recorded call to the bank and set up an appointment to meet with a banker. During the call, you will evaluate the service you receive from the telephone associate. Then, you will be visiting the location on your appointment date to evaluate the banker. You will receive 2 shop forms with 2 sets of shop descriptions, and both need to be completed properly to be accepted by the client.

CLIENT OUTLINE FOR APPOINTMENT CALL:

As soon as you are assigned, the client requires you to call and make an appointment to meet with a banker. You may make the appointment for any day/time that the branch is open, and you may meet with any banker that is available. However, be sure to allow enough time to complete your visit before the bank closes.
