The purpose of the assignment is to assess employee/patient interaction during a specimen collection for an insurance prescreen exam. You will be required to provide a urine and blood sample and assess the care you receive while doing so. The exam will be completed in your home. Specimens collected during the mystery shops will be destroyed; no results will be provided to you.
