Ipsos is scheduling Emergency Broadband Benefit project.

For EBB project, we are looking to understand the customer journey of those signing up for EBB with the assigned provider, and inquire either as an existing customer or role-play as a new customer. We are shopping several different providers, for new and existing customers.
*No purchase, simple inquiry.
*Existing customers are not required to make any changes to their account and new customers are not required to sign up with the provider.
*You must qualify for the EBB benefit and apply via the National Verifier ahead of your shop by visiting [
getemergencybroadband.org]. MUST be approved for EBB benefit before applying for a shop. You will need to submit proof of eligibility with your report.
*You must have not yet applied with a provider to use this benefit.
*We have phone and on-line shops- PAY $30 and we have in-person retail shops- PAY $40. We have 20000+ retail in store shops and online and phone shops can be done from anywhere!
*Shoppers can only complete one shop for this project.
