You will be reimbursed up to $19.99 for your wash plus you will receive a $5 shopper pay! PLUS $2 BONUS!

You will be required to complete a drive-through car wash (no need to leave your vehicle). You must purchase a car wash and audio record the entire visit via a smartphone or app. You must be able to download the audio recording and upload it to your report.

This visit must be audio recorded (normally lasts only 8-10 mins long). Steps and assistance on this will be provided within shop instructions.

Scenario:

• Go through the car wash line, purchase a car wash.
• Evaluate the staff you interact with (Cashier, Car Wash Prep)
• Evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of the exterior of the location and the tunnel.<br>
• Use and evaluate the vacuum experience.
• Entire visit must be audio recorded.
• Survey is five sections with only short comments needed to substantiate any negative markings and provide feedback on what was observed positively and negatively.

Purchase:

You will be reimbursed for the single car wash purchase, up to the $19.99 package.
